Cannot speak any more highly of Rob Everett and the WHOLE Sundance Yachts team. Since day one when we met Rob at the Seattle office we had an incredible experience; we not only had a wonderful feel for the boat, spending a whole day cruising in Lake Washington but also visiting all the amazing Seattle spots that Rob recommended. Rob put no pressure on us at any time; we felt he was a genuinely good guy who cared about his customers and wouldn't oversell anything unless he felt there was value to it. Being newbies in the boating world we didn't know what to expect from the pre- and post-sales process either. The support from Rob and team has been amazing. Our boat is now at Sundance's marina in Portland where it's being taken care of by an incredible crew of hardworking and honest people. As any boat owner would know, issues do come up, even in a new boat. However, we are really impressed by how quickly Rob and the Portland crew have addressed these issues. A year down the road we are very happy to have met Rob and the Sundance team and would recommend them to anyone looking to get into boating.

We bought a boat earlier this year from Sundance and had the privilege of working with Rob Everett, who was amazing. As first-time boat owners, we needed patience and instruction, and Rob showed both. In addition to helping us through the purchase, Rob spent hours teaching us how to drive, anchor, and dock our new boat. He also taught us about the various systems in the boat and how to monitor / use them. Without the level of service Rob and the team gave us, we never would have had the confidence to get out there with the boat, exploring multiple anchorages and the San Juans. Even months after taking possession of the boat, Rob and the entire team graciously answered our questions and gave us advice any time we reached out. In addition, they all worked hard to ensure the list of remaining items we had were addressed as quickly (and safely) as possible, given the crazy circumstances the pandemic presented. I highly recommend Sundance and would definitely use them again if we ever decide to get another boat.

John Baker is the man to buy your Cutwater boat from. He has done it all in the boating world and is very friendly and helpful thru the process of buying a boat from start to finish. We never felt uncomfortable at any stage and were pleasantly surprised several times during our purchase. So glad we found John and Sundance. We highly recommend them!
