Sundance Yacht Sales offers a program called Boat As A Business. This entails several things packaged together to create a boat rental business for when you aren't using the boat that is incredibly easy to administer. We handle everything for you. All you need to do is buy it, set up an account with the rental pool site, and we handle the rest.

Step One
Setting up an LLC to own the boat. Sundance can assist in setting up the new entity for you.

Step Two
Setting up a business loan for you. Sundance is part of a pilot program that allows you to finance the boat into the business name. This helps put the boat into your business instead of your personal name. Establishing the boat as a business asset allows it to be depreciated for the time you are using it for a business use. It also is financed in the business name, and will not appear on your credit report.

Step Three
We educate and assist in setting the boat up into the rental pool with the 3rd party sites. These sites include damage insurance for anything that might happen with your renters.

Step Four
If you keep your boat at the Sundance Marina or Sundance Drystack. It makes managing your rental boat dramatically easier because you can request a boat launch through our app, and our staff takes care of the launch, retrieval and fueling of the boat for you. All you need to do is accept the booking, and schedule the launch through our app.
